Bondi to Manly Ultra 2026
Written by Dan d'Auvergne. Checked 12 October 2026 against 3 organiser pages.
Saturday 24 October 2026. The organiser lists the solo and relay events as sold out.
What is happening
The Bondi to Manly Ultra follows an 80km route between Bondi Beach and Manly Beach. The 2026 program includes a solo event and relay options for two or four people. The organiser lists Bondi Pavilion as the start line and Manly Beach as the finish. This is a running event across a long course, so a plan to follow it needs a specific location.
The official event page is the place to check entry status, participant instructions and race-week changes. As checked on 12 October, both solo and relay entries were marked sold out. A waitlist link appears on the solo page, but joining a waitlist does not confirm an entry. Follow the organiser's process if you need information about an existing registration.
Start time and participant details
The solo and relay information pages list the race date as 24 October but label the start time as to be confirmed. We have therefore left a clock time out of this guide. Participants should use the organiser's latest instructions for their own event and wave. Do not infer the start from a bag-drop window or from a previous year's timetable.
The relay formats divide the course between team members. Check the current relay instructions for the exchange points, team requirements and each runner's responsibilities. A general description such as two 40km legs or four approximately 20km legs is a summary of the format, rather than a substitute for the official course information.
Following someone on race day
If you are meeting a runner, agree on a named point and use the official event information to confirm access and any applicable arrangements. Keep the runner's event and team details together so you can follow the correct person. We have not published predicted arrival times, road closures or spectator transport arrangements because those details need a current organiser source.
The official pages describe live location tracking among the event inclusions. Check the organiser's instructions for how that will be available. A list of inclusions alone does not supply a usable race-day tracking link. Before travelling, confirm the information for the place where you intend to meet and use current transport information for your journey.
